regulations and procedures.
My career within the United States Department of State
spans more than 38
years of experience and extensive knowledge in the interpretation of
citizenship laws, court decisions, and passport regulations and procedures
which requires; strong analytical ability; skill in conflict resolution and;
the ability to manage an automation and production operation involving
electronically processing, retrieving and archiving
records. Let there be no doubt,
I collaborate at all organizational levels to implement stringent,
complex and sometimes vague regulatory policy and directives that are designed
to improve organizational effectiveness resulting in enhanced operational
efficiency.
In fact, I specialize in the
provision of a full range of passport and citizenship administrative/operational
functions and have developed throughout the years a proven track record and
a history of success in the following assignments and

From the beginning, each and
every assignment required that I demonstrate no less than expert knowledge
of both
passport and citizenship laws, regulations and
procedures.
As both a decision maker
(Acting
Chief) and
Passport
Specialist, I have
utilized my proven knowledge of the laws and expertise to travel to resolve/aid
lagging operations on a global platform; participate in the development of
state-of-the-art internal control procedures; and oversee the implementation
of a diverse myriad
of
passport
administrative programs
and services which included the following:
Special
Projects and Temporary Assignments:

New
York Center Passport
Agency during their
reliability period to assist with the automation of the
Agency
·
Worked
with the "Mexican Task Force" at the State Department during the Mexican
Earthquake
·
Assisted
the team at the American Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica as part
of a contingent of Civil Service personnel sent to assist in the processing
of Visas at overburdened posts.
In the absence of the current Chief, I have assumed the role and duties,
which at times requires me to review the following laws, policy, directives
or revisions to law needed to implement recommendations.
