Resumes To Go Internet/Electronic Resume Refund Policy, Delivery Process and Security/Fraud Policy
In placing your order, you accept the terms of this outlined policy/agreement and are authorizing Resumes To Go to process your credit card charges for the amount of your services. Generally, we do not give refunds once we have received your credit card number, which officially starts the service. In some instances we may broker a settlement or offer a full/partial refund at the end of 30 days. See our posted exceptions to the refund process below. Please note that all calls may be recorded for Customer Service and Loss Prevention purposes. You can request an invoice or a copy of our guarantee/refund policy via mail and/or E-mail the day your order is processed and/or approved. If your credit card is declined; or we receive a partial or no match; we will contact you and give you an opportunity to make other payment arrangements. If your card is declined, we will not complete or initiate your service. We make every attempt to meet client deadlines for interview purposes. Both the quality guarantee and selected delivery process starts over when the declined payment for the requested/ordered work is received. If you no longer have internet access you my contact us by telephone at 1-888-334-3757. Please note that we can guarantee you a significantly improved product. We can not guarantee you nor anyone a job or interview as we are not the hiring organization/company. We can guarantee that you will receive one of the best resumes in the country, hence have placed a sample online for you to review before purchasing our service. Our actual product is a modified enhanced version of the sample. We also never guarantee Federal customer interviews nor determine whether or not any customer is qualified for any job - that is the Federal clients' and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) OPM's responsibility! We are Master Resume Preparation Consultants - we will attempt to significantly improve your product. If we cannot improve your product, we will not accept your resume preparation project. Again, if your product is better than ours - we will not take the job, unless there are extenuating circumstances such as an emergency and you agree to the use of the service by signing an invoice just like all other customers do.
We accept all forms of payment, except checks by phone. We accept all major credit cards (MC, Visa, American Express and Discover), Paypal To: Fastservice@aol.com, Money Gram and Western Union. For security purposes, you may even use your credit card to pay us through Western Union. We accept payments via the mail and will start the service immediately as long as you give us an airbill/tracking number or fax to (904-745-6373) us a copy of the mailing receipt with a copy of the mailed Check, Money Order or Certified Check. Clients paying for Emergency Services (48 hours or less) via the mail cannot use checks - only certified checks or money orders. You may also pay via bank to bank wire transfer, in which you must pay your institutional fee and our wire transfer fee, unless it is waived as part of a special/discount. You must also sign an invoice authorizing the sale and may be voice recorded stating that you have read this policy. You must also sign an invoice at the beginning or at least before the end of the service or receipt of your product stating that you ordered the service. Do not order the service if you do not intend to sign an invoice stating that you ordered the service - before receiving the products. Free Cover Letters will be completed only after your resume and/or other products are approved by recording or in writing.
The Delivery Process
We understand that you are a very busy, hardworking professional. In placing your order, you also agree that you must contact the company at your appointed interview times (15 Min Window). If you miss your appointment, it will be rescheduled within 24-48 hours or sooner if times are available. You also understand that you will not be phoned by the company, unless you request it, as this helps to keep costs and operating expenses low. If you miss your appointment, we will not call you! Your exit interview appointment is scheduled for __:__ on __/__/__. The delivery process also includes a one hour completion grace period, during which the company will complete the product and may request additional information. This means that if your appointment is at 10:00 am, you must call to let the writer/company know that you are available to complete the process and answer any additional questions. Usually, the resume/product will be complete or the writer will state that I am finishing up and will send it within 15 min, 45 min, to an hour. This allows us to better deal with unexpected emergencies, equipment failures, and any other unforeseen circumstances. Some exit interviews simply take longer than expected. That's why we tell all of our clients to give us at least 2 hours to complete the process. One hour for us and one hour for you. You may take as much time as you need to complete the process, but you must finish the service within three (3) months of the start date - no exceptions!
The Resumes To Go "Quality Guarantee "
We will work with you until your resume is completed to your satisfaction. Common courtesy and respect should be utilized by all parties involved throughout process. Simply let us know that you are unhappy with the quality of your product and the reasons and we will fix it. We will not hassle you or aggressively try to change your recommendations as your resume represents you. Although we strive for "Excellence", you are responsible for final proofing and must contact us for revisions.
We in the past have been a member of the Better Business Bureau and have never had an information nor credit card confidentiality violation. The exchange of all credit card information will be held with strict confidentiality. Anytime you call with an issue/concern, you will receive a response within a 24 hour period. If, you do not receive a notification by fax, E-mail or phone 1-888-334-3757 immediately.
We have a 100% Customer Quality Guarantee. This means that we will work with you as a team until you are satisfied. We do not offer refunds once the work has started (receipt of Credit Card or other form of payment). If we cannot satisfy you, we may choose to offer/process a brokered refund agreement that we can both accept (By Signature) and will then process that agreement 30 days from receipt of your signature. Reversals should show on your credit card within 90 days in most cases. This stringent company policy is due to the significant increase in internet credit card fraud.
Exceptions to The Refund Process - under the situations highlighted in red or listed below - customers will not be considered for refunds!
1. The client fails to notify RTG of their desire for changes to their product and files a credit card dispute after accepting the first draft.
2. The client orders the product, then fails to keep an in-office pick-up or review appointment; does not notify RTG to cancel before the project is started and files a dispute. Once we begin the service, we expect to receive full payment. To facilitate the cancellation process and/or possibly broker a settlement, we offer our clients toll free access "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" from anywhere in the U.S. We simply expect to get paid for our services. You must talk with a live company REP before we start preparing your resume - no exceptions (not the answering machine as power failures do occur). You must verify your cancellation. We will fax, E-mail or mail verification to you or even allow you to record the verification call.
3. The client fails to complete the process, then files a dispute after accepting the first draft stating that they did not receive a final resume. Once the client receives the draft, the product has been delivered. As we are a convenience based service, the client may choose to then make minor changes or have us make them by simply calling in their changes or E-mailing them. The client that starts the process is responsible for finishing the process. Also Electronic camera ready - laser printed copies are delivered via Email in the clients choice of MS Word, Works or WordPerfect etc... The client must place a separate order to purchase camera ready - laser printed copies. Our failure to deliver those products is not a violation of this policy. Any shipping incidents will be treated as a separate order as product delivery is via fax/e-mail.
4. The client orders an electronic package, then identifies that they are not computer literate and cannot find the downloaded product after it has been delivered. It is the client's responsibility to open and print the final electronic product. Order the product on a disk (mail or Fed-X); have someone help you or do not order the product until you are knowledgeable/capable of adequately using E-mail features. User internet familiarity issues should be addressed to your internet service provider - Clients in this category should consider using Kinko's or some other source that accepts/downloads E-mail for draft/final delivery/pick-up of our products.
5. The name of the person requesting the refund does not match the name on the credit card. The person whose name appears on the credit card will receive the refund.
6. The client orders a layout or format (in MS Word, Works, Corel WordPerfect etc...), then realizes that they incorrectly ordered the wrong format or realize that they prefer the set-up/layout (typeset) of their current (Old/Outdated) resume. NO REFUND because our format/sample can be reviewed before you purchase our service! We will be glad to re-format or even typeset your product for a fee of $75.00 (more if federal) or we will fax you a copy and you can re-format/typeset it at your convenience.
7. The client orders the service, then states "I should/could have done this myself - absolutely no refund under any circumstances as our time is valuable - if you are a better writer, then start a lucrative resume service or write it yourself. Do not waste our time - others truly need our assistance
